I think its time to sacrifice the skates to the Gods of spare parts bins... There is a very good chance you could get away with just replacing the boot, but why? Save the wheels, trucks, bearings, stoppers, bushings, and put them in a little box marked "I loved my skates" cry a little tear, burn some incense, and order a new pair.
